Congress has abdicated power to a growing bureaucracy that has been out of control and weaponized against the American people for too long. Federal taxpayer-funded agencies and organizations have often acted in ways that do not align with the best interests of the American people, leading to widespread frustration and mistrust among citizens. The American people are rightfully demanding greater transparency, lower costs, and more efficiency in government operations. In response to this growing discontent, the American public voted for President Trump who campaigned on implementing substantial government reform.

President Trump has taken bold action by choosing innovative leaders like Elon Musk, who are rooting out government waste and inefficiency. These leaders are working diligently to deliver on their promises, ensuring that taxpayer dollars are used effectively, and that the government serves the needs of its citizens. It is time for a government that prioritizes the American people and operates with accountability and integrity.

As the 119th Congress progresses, I will continue to advocate for government accountability.
